I ordered a custom controller from Battle Beaver in June 2025. Unfortunately, I never received the order.

According to the tracking information, the package was returned and the delivery was never completed.

I contacted customer support multiple times asking for a refund, but the only response I received was an offer for a 50% discount code instead of a proper resolution.

After many months, the issue is still unresolved and I am still waiting for a refund for an order that was never delivered.

AVOID AT ALL COSTSWhere to start... firstly I waited 6-weeks with no communication after purchasing, I then reached out to cancel my order as I had been reading the reviews in the meantime & didn't want to wait any longer for a poor quality product. Suddenly after no contact & after I emailed to request cancellation, my controller was miraculously shipped! Funny that!! As soon as it arrived I knew from the second I picked it up that something was wrong, as the buttons were all loose and something was rattling around inside - it turns out the X button was broken.I now have to return the controller & they obviously don't cover the shipping costs, so I am now out of pocket of a further £20 (having already paid this for shipping initially, as I'm based in UK) and they also have the cheek to try and charge a 15% 'restocking fee', even though they sent me a broken controller!! Absolute cowboys, this company will be dissolved within 2 years max.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE believe me i found out the hard way that all the bad reviews are right this company is a sham i bought a ps4 controller with tmr sticks and it has drift out of the box and after testing has the worst circularity ever also the run button doesn't work and everything just feels cheap and plastic on top of this i immediately emailed for a refund with proof and they purposely waited to respond to me after 2 weeks so i couldn't return it shameful company If your reading this go for the scuf

Disappointed With My Purchase – Poor Performance and Unhelpful SupportI strongly advise avoiding this company. I spent £230 on a controller with TMR sticks, expecting it to outperform a standard controller with analog thumbsticks, but it has been a huge letdown.Both thumbsticks have jitter and stick drift, and the left stick doesn’t even sit in the centre — something clearly shown when tested on Gamepad Tester. I contacted Battle Beaver with photos and details, but their support showed no real interest in helping. Their response was that they would only take action if the drift occurred on default settings. Realistically, who plays Call of Duty or similar games on default deadzones? Other companies offering TMR sticks allow for much lower deadzones without these issues.The whole point of buying TMR sticks is to reduce problems like drift and jitter, but in my experience this product failed to deliver, and the customer support didn’t seem to care. Very disappointing for the price

Well spented 530 usd on a controller with fully customised , bb says they gave it to usps, but usps says they never got it from there. Bb refuses to take responsibility because they are a small buisness and they can't take the loss. I guess I can take a loss or 530 as customer

So I spent $250 on a Battle Beaver a few months ago and the L1 mouse click trigger broke 10 days after the measly 90 day warranty by no fault of my own. They have refused to help in any way. Low quality parts and even worse customer service. Controller was nice while it lasted but now junk… I have had dual sense edges and Scuffs that all have lasted over a year before ever having an issue. I get it things break but it’s how you handle it that you are judged and they handled this crappy in my opinion…

Absolutely awful company broken day 1

Absolutely awful company, controller took nearly 9 weeks to arrive then when it comes it’s broken out the box!! Left stick not working atall opted for magneto sticks and they literally don’t even work!!!! £260 and 9 weeks later for something I can’t even use!! Have sent videos to company no response as of yet and no doubt wont refund it as there customer service is shocking, mathew needs to be sacked also!! Terrible company avoid 100% i paid £60 for an Attack A controller budget in mean time and it’s much better!! Awful company
