My son ordered a custom GameCube controller from this website and we never received it. The package shows delivered but, it was never delivered. I contacted customer service to find how they can help my situation and they responded telling me to wait a few days to see if it showed up. I waited a few more days to see if by some luck the package would show up, and it didn't. I contacted customer service again by email because they have no contact phone number listed anywhere, they responded over 2 weeks later telling me they can't help me and I need to contact the post office. Obviously, I did this the first day the package showed delivered and wasn't. They offer no mailing insurance on their website and expect the customer to figure it out if the package is lost. My son saved up for months to buy this controller, and now has nothing to show for it. I would highly advise finding somewhere that offers better support than BBC.
