I had been warned that Battlebeaver's customer service was abysmal, and that their products sometimes arrived broken and I should have listened. I've emailed 3 times, and called twice over the past 2 weeks in an attempt to troubleshoot the controller or to get a refund. I've still not heard back.The controller would randomly enter commands I did not give it, and would lock itself moving in 1 direction or spin out of control when playing different games. I updated the firmware, I reinstalled drivers and still ended up with issues.I fully expect them to try to keep the $16.99 shipping charge (which has a margin built in for their profit) for delivering a defective product.Please, please, please do not buy from this company unless you enjoy rigorously chasing your money down!Happy to speak with anyone individually and provide proof of call/email records.
