I ordered a case of 500 rounds of 9mm, and upon opening the case, there was one box of 380 ACP enclosed. I reached out to them to try and correct this; however, they do not respond via their customer service form and hide behind their attempt at anonymity. It appears their approach to customer service is to ignore any requests for customer service. My advice is if you feel lucky that they might get the entire order right, then use them as a vendor. However, if they screw it up, then you just got screwed by a vendor that is clueless about building good customer relations and providing good customer service.
