They have been unhelpful and we feel cheated out of $159.00 for a holiday gift for our child. The wrong item was sent and there was no assistance provided. There are numerous negative reviews and complaints on record.

Disappointed with the condition of my order

I ordered a percussion pistol kit from this company, and upon receiving it, I found that the factory plastic packaging had been cut open, exposing the parts inside. Some items were not in their designated slots and were loose in the packaging, raising concerns about the overall integrity of the product and why it had been opened. Before inspecting further to check for any missing or damaged items, I reached out to the company via text, their preferred method of customer communication. I expressed my worries about the potentially dangerous item, but was told it was not their issue and that I should contact the manufacturer instead. They claimed the item was sent unopened, which was clearly false. I pointed out their responsibility since they shipped it to me in this state, but they refused to discuss it further and blocked me. Consider if this is the kind of company you want to trust with your hard-earned money. I certainly won’t.

Shipping delays and issues

I ordered a revolver with advertised shipping of 1 to 3 days, but it took 3 days just to ship from a different state. It was sent via USPS instead of the expected carriers, and now it’s delayed until next week. Nine days for delivery seems excessive. I recommend purchasing from other sellers.

Their product listings often contain incorrect or missing information. The customer service is lacking, and their return policy is quite harsh. If you need to return an item due to their mistakes, they charge for shipping and a hefty restocking fee. It feels like they do not value their customers.
