Before inspecting further to check for any missing or damaged items, I reached out to the company via text, their preferred method of customer communication. I expressed my worries about the potentially dangerous item, but was told it was not their issue and that I should contact the manufacturer instead. They claimed the item was sent unopened, which was clearly false. I pointed out their responsibility since they shipped it to me in this state, but they refused to discuss it further and blocked me. Consider if this is the kind of company you want to trust with your hard-earned money. I certainly won’t.
