I placed an order on November 4th and have yet to receive it. There are no phone numbers available to contact, and the customer service email is unhelpful. My order was returned due to an undeliverable address. They claimed to resend it on December 5th, but it still hasn't arrived. When I requested a refund, I was told the tracking showed it was still being processed. I've reported this as fraud to my bank. This company is unreliable, so be cautious! Avoid purchasing unless you want to wait indefinitely!
