My order was returned due to an undeliverable address. They claimed to resend it on December 5th, but it still hasn't arrived. When I requested a refund, I was told the tracking showed it was still being processed. I've reported this as fraud to my bank. This company is unreliable, so be cautious! Avoid purchasing unless you want to wait indefinitely!

Order never arrived. I fear this is a scam. My payment was processed on December 25th, and now, on January 23rd, there's no indication that the order was ever shipped. There’s no contact number, and they aren’t responding to emails or social media messages. I would think twice before ordering from this company again.
I bought this for my 2-year-old for Christmas. After watching the setup video, we discovered the frame was uneven and wobbly, rendering it unplayable. When I sought to return it, I was told I was three days past the return window, with no consideration for the holiday context. This product is a waste of money, and the quality and support are both disappointing.
