I ordered and paid extra for delivery before Father's Day, but the day has come and gone without any sign of the product. I emailed them for an update, and received a generic response stating it had been shipped. Tracking shows no updates, just a message stating 'dispatched, check back in 24 hours.' I've emailed twice requesting a refund, but have received no response. I'm starting to suspect this may be a scam; if not, it’s certainly unprofessional, and I wouldn't use them again.
