I placed an order on 12/1. I contacted the support team when the gift hadn’t been sent by 12/12. I explained my need for all similar items by 12/22, but they informed me they couldn’t ship until 12/20. I requested a credit, and they only managed to send one item, despite my request for all 5 or none. 1. They charge your credit card at the time of ordering, while most reliable companies charge upon shipping. 2. They filter social media comments so potential customers only see positive reviews. 3. They charged sales tax on shipping.
