I bought four bracelets for Christmas gifts and they have already turned and look horrible. Over half of the gold on the beads on the bracelets have worn off with everyday use. Unfortunately these were gifts for my daughters and now they can no longer wear and it’s only been a month an a half.
I placed an order for a Christmas gift that was mistakenly picked up by someone else, who unfortunately kept it. I reordered to guarantee it arrived on time, and I also asked for a refund. Thankfully, the new order arrived right before Christmas, and the company processed my refund for the first order with ease. My great-niece adored the gift, and I will definitely consider this service for my other little ones.

I indicated that I needed all similar items by 12/22, but they informed me they couldn’t ship until 12/20. I requested a credit, yet they only managed to send one item, despite my explanation that I needed all 5 or none at all. 1. They charge your credit card at the time of ordering, while most reputable services charge upon shipment. 2. They filter comments on social media, so potential customers only see positive feedback. 3. Sales tax was applied to the shipping costs.
Today is December 19th. I received an email stating that my order, which I placed before the 'Guaranteed before Christmas' window, wouldn’t arrive on time. The order that was supposedly released was canceled. This was my first and last experience with them.

I ordered an item on December 3rd, expecting it to arrive well before Christmas. It was never shipped by the promised date. I reached out and got an unhelpful response from an automated agent. Eventually, I received a message stating their fulfillment center was down, with no explanation, and that they would be canceling and refunding my money. As of now, neither has happened. I was not informed that custom jewelry would take longer than what was stated during purchase. I just received an email mentioning a fire at the fulfillment center, but I wonder if they just learned about this on December 20th or 21st? It's frustrating that they continued promoting last-minute shipping even yesterday.
I’m not impressed with the product at all. The lettering is incorrect, and I’m discarding it. It looks cheap overall. There are much better brands out there; don’t waste your money on this one. When I contacted the support team about the lettering issue, they ignored my inquiry, indicating poor customer service.
