I have consistently received excellent service and quality products in the past, which makes this experience especially frustrating.After placing my order, I called your 800 number to confirm the details. The representative informed me that I should have called first so he could place the order on my behalf. I explained the situation, and he assured me that he would check the order and make the necessary corrections. He confirmed that the order had not yet reached production and promised to take care of it.Unfortunately, I never received a proof via email as expected. Today, I found the completed order on my desk, and it was not made according to the corrections discussed. This lack of follow-through and communication is unacceptable.I am very disappointed with how this was handled. I kindly ask that you resolve this issue promptly. If this matter is not addressed to my satisfaction, I will be forced to take my business elsewhere.Thank you for your attention to this matter.
