I received the invoice on 11/28 saying our awards had shipped but no tracking information was on the invoice. On 12/5, I called to see where our awards were. That person sent me the invoice that had the tracking information on it. They awards were not shipped until 12/5 and were due on 12/9 by 9:00pm. Problem is, we close at 2:30 on Fridays. We did end up receiving the awards at 2:00. It's great they can invoice you a week before they even bother sending out your order!
