I placed an order on June 22 on the Canadian website and paid extra for express delivery. As of today, I have not received the item, no tracking number, and no response from the manager or the company despite multiple follow-ups.At this point, I believe I’ve been scammed and will be contacting my credit card company to dispute the charge.This is completely unacceptable and incredibly unprofessional. I strongly advise others to think twice before ordering from this business.
