I never thought I would experience such poor service from a company in Germany. Not once, but twice, this service made it frustratingly difficult to get in touch with them. Initially, I faced issues with a car insurance policy; it was expensive and nearly impossible to cancel due to one major factor: THEIR WEBSITE IS HORRIBLY DESIGNED. Currently, I paid my liability insurance in September 2025, logged into my account, and had to change my password. Yet, I still encounter the same error: "403 - Access denied" (remember, I am logged in). This issue prevents me from accessing my documents, updating my account details (like my address), or even canceling my subscription. Honestly, I cannot recommend this service; there are too many problems associated with them.
