If you have legal insurance, then take their car insurance. Because bavaria won't pay for your Vollkasko claim without going to the court.
It's been 4+ months since I am waiting for my claim resolved. Sent lawyer letter with deadline. Now going to the court. They made a lame reason to deny my claim. They found some unrelated minor damage from past to my car(i e some scratches), that's why they won't settle accident claim. Those scratches are not related & I did not claim for it.

Yet, I am still facing the same error as before: "403 - Access denied" (let's remember, I am logged in). This issue makes it impossible for me to access my documents, update my account information (like my address), or even cancel my subscription. Honestly, I cannot recommend this service; there are too many problems associated with them.

The contract could not be finalized online. After reaching out via email, we received our documents. So far, so good. Since then, I have tried multiple times to contact the provider by email and phone to finalize the contract, but received no replies. My calls were dropped due to my limited German. After two weeks post-registration, I received a letter stating that if I did not finalize the contract, my insurance would be canceled, and I would be liable for the related costs. Despite several attempts to contact the provider, I have heard nothing. I feel compelled to consult a lawyer.
Regrettably, I cannot recommend this insurance provider to anyone. My experience has been entirely negative, characterized by incompetence, poor communication, and a disrespectful attitude towards clients. On the night of October 19, I was in a traffic accident and promptly informed the insurance provider. The following morning, I received an email directing me to a specific repair shop for damage assessment. I visited the workshop that same day; all necessary inspections were completed, and I was told I would be contacted. So I waited. After some time, I learned that a police report was needed. The authorities indicated that only the insurance company or their lawyers could request such a document. I also reached out to the other party involved, who confirmed that all their matters had been settled. I contacted the insurance company multiple times via email, but received no response. After numerous attempts to call, I finally got through, only to be told I needed to obtain the police report myself. After considerable effort, I managed to secure the document for a fee and sent it to the insurance provider, requesting urgent action as weeks had passed since the accident. As expected, there was no response. My subsequent emails went unanswered, and calls were met with indifference. Eventually, I learned that my documents had been sent to the repair shop, but they claimed to have received nothing. I finally managed to get an appointment for February 5, three and a half months after the accident, and I still don’t know if the repair will take place. My emails continue to be ignored, and when I call, I am not taken seriously. This insurance provider even altered my contracts without consent, increasing my mileage limits despite me not exceeding them, placing a financial burden on me. They cynically stated, “If you stay below the limit, we will refund the money.” They are very proactive when it comes to collecting payments but leave customers waiting for months with unresolved issues. I deeply regret choosing this company, which I initially believed was reputable. If you want to avoid frustration and stress, think twice before signing a contract with them.
I have been a loyal customer for three years, using their car insurance services. Based on my previous positive experiences, I also opted for liability and legal protection insurance. However, I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience while trying to resolve an issue on my account. I sent an email about the problem but received no response. I attempted to reach customer service multiple times by phone, but whenever I requested to speak with someone who speaks English, the call would disconnect or I would be transferred only to be dropped again. This has left me feeling neglected and unsupported. When I needed help, I expected the same level of service I had previously received. Instead, I faced repeated disconnections and no assistance. It is particularly frustrating to find no reliable support for English-speaking customers.
Reaching customer service is impossible. I just wait and wait... The only way to get their attention is by posting on a review site. I have been trying for a long time to obtain a document. After posting previously, they contacted me and promised to send the document. Instead, they sent me a PDF of the email I had sent them. Now, I am trying to reach out again to get the document, but it is literally impossible to get in touch with them. I hope they see this message and respond.
