The contract could not be finalized online. After reaching out via email, we received our documents. So far, so good. Since then, I have tried multiple times to contact the provider by email and phone to finalize the contract, but received no replies. My calls were dropped due to my limited German. After two weeks post-registration, I received a letter stating that if I did not finalize the contract, my insurance would be canceled, and I would be liable for the related costs. Despite several attempts to contact the provider, I have heard nothing. I feel compelled to consult a lawyer.
