I never expected to encounter such poor service from a company based in Germany. Not just once, but twice, I found it incredibly complicated to get in touch with them. First, it was about a car insurance policy; it was costly and nearly impossible to cancel due to one major issue: THEIR WEBSITE IS EXTREMELY UNRELIABLE. Currently, I paid my liability insurance in September 2025, logged into my account, and had to reset my password. Yet, I am still facing the same error as before: "403 - Access denied" (let's remember, I am logged in). This issue makes it impossible for me to access my documents, update my account information (like my address), or even cancel my subscription. Honestly, I cannot recommend this service; there are too many problems associated with them.
