I ordered an apparently in stock item, only to be told it was stuck in customs, after I contacted them, a week after ordering. Why they never told me this and waited for me to contact them I do not know. They informed me they had another version (with less features) that they could send and it would arrive on Friday. For taking the lesser model and for the mess they made of my order they offered me a refund on the trim tools, which was less than 2% of the order, so next to nothing basically. Friday comes around and the tracking hasn't updated. They made excuses and promised it would arrive on Saturday and said if it doesn't "ring DHL". Saturday comes around and this time the tracking has updated, but it says its going to be delivered next Saturday. I have no idea how or why they have done this.Very poor customer service, no phone number, just an email address they ignore and a live chat that usually goes unanswered. Continually lie about when orders are going to be delivered and an appalling lack of communication.They have done absolutely nothing but waste my time. I am in the process of trying to get a refund out of them. Save yourself a headache and order from a proper, competent company, not these cowboys, they’re little more than a very unfunny joke.
