Do not use this company, they are a scam! Take your money and don’t respond to any of you emails/messages! Ordered CarPlay and they sent a email saying ‘please see attached file for CarPlay activation’ which they didn’t attach the file, so have asked if they could please resend it and they are refusing to answer anything regarding this! How hard is it to send a email with something you have paid for! This has been nearly a month now with no response, the website where you try talk to them is a bot where you reguest to speak to a human and they just leave you on read after this! Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced

No communication - order cancelled

I received no communication from Bavarian Automotive after placing my order. Even after messaging them to request an update, I did not receive a response, and the item had still not been dispatched four days after ordering. I eventually had to cancel my order due to the lack of communication.

Bought Apple Carplay for BMW 320d F31…

Bought Apple Carplay for BMW 320d F31 in 2024 with 2 year warranty, sometimes will not connect. Reported but rarely responds to email. Asked me to send the screen back on 2/2/26 but I had some further questions but no response and no confidence I will see a replacement item. Last response was 2/2/26 so nearly 2 months ignored. Now I have a new iphone 17 for the last month it will not connect at all no matter what I try, deleted and reconnected. Phone says connected, system responds as if it is about to connect then nothing. Avoid this company.

Poor communication no instructions

I ordered a retrofit CarPlay system for my daughter’s Mini Cooper as a Christmas present. A package with random wiring looms arrived on Christmas Eve (late). No instructions.Eventually the company responded to my emails mid January and dispatched the remainder of the order but this took over a week. However still no installation or wiring diagrams provided. About as useful as tits on a fish.It’s now mid February and I am still waiting for a response for installation instructions.Online support is via a BOT. No phone number provided. Poor communication, slow to dispatch items and no support whatsoever.Do not use.

Avoid this company

I would strongly advise against buying anything from this company.I purchased a CarPlay unit a couple of months ago and have had issues from the start. The unit is unresponsive, lacks basic features found in most comparable products, and does not work with a reverse camera even though it is advertised and should be able to work. I received faulty product.When I raised these problems with customer support, they were very unhelpful, I was asked to provide irrelevant information and even after supplying everything requested, a lot of the time I would just left with no response. No actually help. I am currently still waiting on responses to multiple emails that are still unanswered.What makes this worse is that when I posted my experience on Google Reviews, the company was suddenly very quick to respond with a long, rude reply. They put far more effort into defending themselves publicly than they ever did trying to resolve my actual problem as a customer. Never one did any of the issues they brought forward in the reply ever been told to me via email. They don't care about the customer more interested in there back pocket and there

Great price for my item & excellent communication.

Reached out to Bavarian Automotive regarding some Focal Speakers that are very hard to find in the US.They quickly replied with the correct kit for my Volkswagen and the expected date that they would have them back in stock.I had a few more additional questions and they were very quick to answer them back even though I'm in the US CST time zone and they are in the UK.I ordered my kit and my purchase cleared customs & arrived to the US in 3 days. Do keep in mind that Signature is Required for delivery and if you need that adjusted then you'll need to reach out to Bavarian Automotive Customer Support to have that adjusted. UPS will not be able to adjust that without Bavarian Automotive's approval.That was the only issue I had with delivery.The Focal IS VW 180 & IS VW 165 kits that I installed in my VW Tiguan are great. Huge difference in sound quality so very pleased with the product.The other bonus is I saved $500 by ordering them from Bavarian Automotive compared to ordering them in the US.Even though I had to pay shipping and tariff fees for importing them into the US from the UK it was well worth it.Thank you Bavarian Automotive for your kind, prompt and courteous service. I'll definitely continue following your store to look for more items that may be compatible with my vehicle and I want to give you a big thank you for offering products at a very reasonable price.

No response to hardware error - Order #7629

Very disappointed. I was sent a mounting bracket that does not fit my BMW X2. I sent clear photographic evidence of this mismatch on Sunday and have followed up multiple times, including a final notice this morning. I have had zero response since Friday despite them having confirmed it was compatible before I purchased. I want the correct part delivered but I am getting no response at all
