Updated 5/6/22When I received my order, a cable was missing which is critical for the touch screen to work. I reported this on 12/5 when I receive the 2 units I ordered. I’ve chased 4 times since, and been told the missing part was resent. When I queried if they have a tracking number (first package did so why wouldn’t this?) I was ignored. It’s been a further 4 days since my last message. Really not good enough when I spent over £600. I’ve taken my complaint to Clearpay who are now looking into it. So annoyed and due to this I would highly recommend going to another company. My reverse camera also doesn’t work and was told they would send a small resistor that needs installed to fix, this too “is missing” in the post with no tracking number - I could have ordered one from Amazon for £5. Fantastically quick delivery and amazing support afterwards during installation! Would recommend to everyone.
