Purchased a CarPlay activation for a 2017 BMW. Triple checked compatibility and version of infotainment system. It didn’t work. System only supports split screen CarPlay and was provided full screen software. Contact BA and they said they would send a different file (after many emails to chase up!) The different file was exactly the same as the first one and didn’t work again. They now don’t reply to my emails so I’m out of pocket by £70! Save your money and do your research before using BA.
