Uncontactable.After a fair bit of research I landed on Bavarian Automotive's website for a number of MMI boxes I wanted to purchase with total value at over £1000.The website was well presented and I felt assured I'd receive good service and support.I submitted a pre-sales enquiry through the site and got no response. I then phoned the number and left a total of 3 voice messages over 3 days, and now, 2 weeks later I've still not received a call back.On the basis that I couldn't get an answer to a simple pre-sales question, I'm doubtful there will be any post purchase support, so I went elsewhere.A shame really, all that effort to create a good looking website but they cannot back it up by returning calls or replying to messages.EDIT: In response to the reply received below from Bavarian Automotive, there was no automated message about phone lines being down across the 3 days I left messages (Last voice message left 29th May 2024 - Its now 13th June).Unfortunately too late to send another a direct message now as I've sourced another supplier and already started receiving the products.
