14th of April 2023 I ordered Android 12 Display for my BMW 120. They did instantly withdrawn money from my account, but they where missing a the bracket for the unit, so they could not finish the order. That went on for a few months until we finally agreed, that they would send the order without the bracket and the bracket at a later time. This was 20th june 2023. In September 2023 I still had no bracket. Bavarian told me, that it was sent by Royal Mail, and they would create a support case with the postal service, and they would also send me another bracket, since I been waiting so long. Here a year later, I still have no bracket. Once I was able to get through on phone after many attempts, and he yet again promised me to send the bracket. Now I have just given up, and my car looks absolutely silly, when looking through windshield!The unit is okay, but I cannot recommend using Bavarian!
