Purchased an apple CarPlay screen upgrade on 19th June. The parcel was confirmed as ‘on the way’ on the 25th June. Recieved no parcel or email saying that there was any delays until I decided to send an email chasing it up on the 4th July. They responded saying they would find out as soon as possible what’s going on for me and let me know. Three days later still no updates from them at all, so I sent another email to chase it up. They replied on the 7th July assuring me that the parcel would be dispatched that day and that I would be provided with a tracking number. It was not send that day. It was not sent the next day either, so I sent another email asking what’s going on. They replied the following day now assuring me that the parcel would now be sent tomorrow and should arrive in an extra two days time. That was now three days ago and I have not received a parcel or any proof that one is on its way and am now questioning if this place is a scam or not. If I had seen the reviews on here before I purchased I probably would have gone elsewhere unfortunately I didn’t.
