Order #6707 – Toyota Wireless Apple CarPlay & Android Auto Retrofit MMI Upgrade Module (Touch 2, Entune 2.0)Customer service has been solid – quick responses and helpful throughout, which I really appreciated.That said, I wasn’t too happy with the product or the overall experience. Delivery took about three weeks, and when it arrived, it came in completely unbranded packaging. It honestly looked almost identical to a unit I’ve previously bought from AliExpress for a different car – but that one was a fraction of the price.I couldn’t try this one either, as it arrived without the HDMI module. The website clearly stated that it was included, but after contacting support, I was told that was an error. As of now, the listing still hasn’t been corrected, which is disappointing.Hopefully, future purchases will go smoother. I’m open to updating my rating if the next experience is better(Updated to 3 stars as I haven’t tested the product yet – 2 stars may have been too harsh.)Thanks,Vinosh
