The staff is incredibly friendly and professional, ready to assist whenever needed, while also allowing you to explore at your own pace. I purchased an amazing piece of gear for my home studio – the Roland sp 404mk2. A staff member provided me with information about the unit in a warm and professional way (I regret not remembering their name). I requested a firmware update for my unit right there in the shop, and it was promptly completed. I received a receipt, warranty information, and congratulations on my purchase. That same day, I was enjoying my new Roland without any hassle. Thank you to the team!
