Horrible experience! after 2 month still stressing out over my order! I spent around €5,000 expecting professional service, but instead I have experienced ongoing delays, poor communication, and a complete lack of accountability.
My order has been delayed for two months, and during this time it has been nearly impossible to reach customer service by phone. As someone working on active projects with real deadlines, this is not a small inconvenience — it directly affects my work and professional commitments.
To make matters worse, they sent me an extra pedal by mistake and then asked me to either pay for the return shipping or bring it back myself. This was their error, yet they tried to shift the responsibility onto me.
When you invest this amount of money in a company, you expect reliability and support — not empty promises and silence.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Bax Music to professionals who depend on timely delivery and proper service.

I purchased an amazing piece of gear for my home studio – the Roland sp 404mk2. A staff member provided me with information about the unit in a warm and professional way (I regret not remembering their name). I requested a firmware update for my unit right there in the shop, and it was promptly completed. I received a receipt, warranty information, and congratulations on my purchase. That same day, I was enjoying my new Roland without any hassle. Thank you to the team!

I am disappointed as I returned my equipment for repairs. I was informed it would take 10 weeks, which I accepted. As time passed and I sought updates, I was told the company was facing bankruptcy. I was given the option to have my equipment returned unrepaired, which I agreed to. Today, after many weeks, I received a different product with an invoice stating it was mine. This has been extremely inconvenient; can it get any worse? I appreciated the communication from the representative, but the company's performance has been far below expectations.
