Steve, my Baxi engineer, fitted my new heat exchanger with the minimum of fuss and clearly portraying a very good work ethic refusing a cuppa as "I want to get your water and heating switched on for you as quick as I can; I have all day but I'm sure you are eager to be up and running". This was music to my ears - a delightful man
