After over four decades with the company, I feel it's important to share my insights. While there were certainly positive moments, the working environment has noticeably worsened in recent years. The leadership approach has shifted towards increased pressure, a lack of empathy, and inadequate treatment of employees, especially those with health issues. Rather than receiving support and understanding, many employees face subtle pressure and neglect, which can be perceived as bullying. Unfortunately, problematic behavior from supervisors often goes unaddressed, fostering a culture where such actions become normalized. This makes it exceptionally challenging for employees with health concerns to continue working effectively. After years of dedication, this shift is deeply disappointing. The current workplace culture does not align with the values expected from a reputable global organization. My experiences suggest that professional skills and long-term commitment are increasingly overlooked, with visibility to management taking precedence over actual performance. This has resulted in a work environment that rewards compliance and personal positioning, while genuine contributions go unrecognized. Additionally, there have been serious incidents involving colleagues that were never properly addressed, leading to a perception that such matters are ignored rather than taken seriously.
