Very good for catering purposes. Sandwiches always very fresh. Good sweet treats as well.Would love it if they had a crudités platter on the catering menu ... this could be accompanied by some lovely mezze spreads like a roasted red pepper hummus.Often with catering, a salad is too tricky to take to a client lunch, so this would be a better solution.
