Over two months ago, I reached out about getting a replacement, and I was assured I would receive a specific model. Instead, I was sent a different model without my approval. When I sought assistance to rectify this mistake, I was informed that the correct model was out of stock, yet it is still available for purchase online, which makes this explanation unacceptable. Since then: • I have contacted customer support several times • Representatives disconnected the call while I was speaking • I was repeatedly denied the opportunity to speak with a manager • I sent multiple follow-up emails with no replies This matter should be entirely covered under warranty, yet the company is unwilling to address their error. The lack of professionalism, accountability, and communication is astonishing for a well-regarded business. I am still awaiting the originally promised model.
