Brought a toy in December 2025. I got an order confirmation straight away but then received an email a few weeks later saying that it was out of stock and they will update me. I recieved no update for another couple of weeks and could not contact customer service because they only operate between certain hours. Then I got an email saying it was still out of stock but they ‘expect a shipment’ in mid-February .. it’s now mid-February and I have had no further update and still can’t get in contact with their customer service. They wasted no time in clearing the payment through my bank though..
