Review Time
Brought a toy in December 2025. I got an order confirmation straight away but then received an email a few weeks later saying that it was out of stock and they will update me. I recieved no update for another couple of weeks and could not contact customer service because they only operate between certain hours. Then I got an email saying it was still out of stock but they ‘expect a shipment’ in mid-February .. it’s now mid-February and I have had no further update and still can’t get in contact with their customer service. They wasted no time in clearing the payment through my bank though..
It took 3 months for my products to arrive and they only got shipped after I reached out about the delay. I believe my shipping fee should have been refunded as they were not received with SLA. I also only received 2 out of 6 items from my original order, really disappointed with the whole experience.
Great purchase. Side note, I received my shipment to find my bottle broken unfortunately. I contacted customer support and after sending them a few pictures of the damage they sent me a replacement and did some troubleshooting to try to prevent the issue from happening again in the future! Great experience and will 1000% recommend.
I placed an order for a flutter wine in early December and was informed in late January that it wouldn't arrive until late March. I initially got a great price due to a large bundle I purchased, but now I’d prefer a refund rather than wait an additional two months. My concern is that I won’t be able to buy it again for the same price of $46.50. I believe that if a sale is offered around the holidays, the company should ensure adequate stock; otherwise, it leads to very frustrated customers. That's just my perspective.
I had two experiences with this service, and the first was problematic due to issues with the delivery provider. After much back and forth, I received a defective item, which was eventually resolved. My main concern arose when the delivery service repeatedly returned the item. At one point, I attempted to cancel the order, but was told I couldn't get a refund and instead received a coupon, compelling me to purchase again despite ongoing delivery issues. Once they switched delivery providers, it finally worked out, but by then, I no longer wanted the item. I felt obligated to use the coupon. This time, I decided to give them another shot and was checking if I could opt for later payment. While in the payment process, I mistakenly confirmed my order by clicking on the PayPal button without intending to finalize it. I quickly requested a cancellation, but was informed that cancellations weren't allowed and refunds are not offered for hygienic reasons, even if the seal remains intact. Now, due to a misleading button, I'm facing significant issues since my cancellation request was denied just moments after the order was placed. Edit: I’m unsure how to respond to your reply, but I have already contacted your support team and am still waiting for a resolution regarding this second issue. I reached out less than 10 minutes after placing the order to cancel it before processing, but was told that orders are processed immediately and cannot be canceled.
I truly enjoy the products, but upon discovering that the shipping is handled by a low-quality service, my enthusiasm diminished. The items are fantastic, yet my package has been marked as 'attempted delivery' multiple times without any actual delivery attempts (I have a doorbell camera). I've faced ongoing delivery issues for over a month due to this service's inefficiency. If the company continues to partner with such a poor provider, I won't be returning for more purchases.
I received two toys: the rose and thumper. The rose was quite disappointing! I would have been very frustrated if I had paid for it, but since it was part of a buy one get one free deal, it eased my disappointment. However, thumper is fantastic! I'm very happy with it!
It's been nearly two weeks, and my package is still missing. I have no idea where it is, as both their tracker and the shipping company's tracker are not functioning and indicate it's still in the warehouse. The customer support representative I spoke to was very kind and assured me it's on the way, which is why I’m not giving this a one-star rating. However, given the overall experience, including the week it took to reach a real person for help, I won't be shopping here again.
I strongly advise against purchasing from this service. Their customer support is inadequate! They mislead customers into adding items to their orders at the last moment and provide no assistance. No order changes, returns, or refunds allowed. Avoid them!
