I’ve purchased quite a few things from them over the last year. I’ve benefited greatly from their incredible promotions. Their new point system totally incentivized purchases of non-promo items too.
I’ve never had issues with the quality or life span of any given product to date. I’ve also never had to wait more than 1-2 weeks to receive my orders.
Of course, many items are beautifully made with many ergonomic considerations. All-around fantastic experience until this year when I experienced a minor issue of shipping delay/missing 1 item. When someone did reach out to me, they acknowledged that they missed to inform me of an out of stock item, explained the situation and offered some options. I’m happy with my experience, with this company’s products and customer service. I was patient with the minor issue and their escalation sped up a resolution.
