I ordered a BBQ grill on the 14th of the month, lured in by promises of fast shipping (within 3 days). After placing the order, I called to confirm and was told the warehouse was delayed. Fine — I waited. The next day, I called again to cancel and was assured a refund was on the way.That was the beginning of a long, frustrating saga.Over a week passed with no refund, no confirmation, and no accountability. I received vague, contradictory emails blaming “serious issues” with their accounting system and claiming their owner was “working on it” — with no ETA and no resolution. Another email promised a refund within 3–10 business days and said I’d receive proof of cancellation and refund. I got neither.They lied about product availability, misled me about shipping, and made excuse after excuse to avoid issuing a refund. I ultimately had to file a dispute with my credit card company just to protect myself.This company is either wildly incompetent or deliberately deceptive. Either way, I wouldn’t trust them with a dime. Save yourself the headache — shop elsewhere.
