On January 13, 2026, we ordered a Green Mountain grill, a Green Mountain Grill Thermal blanket and a Green Mountain Grills Rackt Griddle Pan online. They took their payment on that date. On January 20, we called to ask a question, and they informed us that the batch of grills they had was "unfit to send out", they was going to order some more but didn't know when they would be in. We decided to cancel our order, and they sent us a confirmation of cancellation. We have called numerous times and have gotten through to a sales associate only a couple of times. One associate told us the bookkeeper was out and the owner was the one that was doing the refund and was dragging his heel on doing them. He said we would be better off filing a dispute with our card company, which we have done and have not gotten a decision back on yet. Since then, we have called, left a lot of messages and emailed the company with no response. We never received the product, but yet they will not refund our money. Stay away from this company!
I should have known it was a scam when my CapitalOne charge wouldn't complete the charge. I just assumed since we moved recently(ish) that the CapitalOne card hadn't updated my new billing address. I used our other card and the charge went through. Nothing big, just a certain size of lava rock that local stores don't seem to carry. Multiple calls and emails later with no response and no delivery in sight. Please be smarter than I was and check BBB, Trust Pilot, and Reddit on companies before a purchase!

TO ANYONE READING THIS :::: This business doesn’t exist. It’s a total scam. The website is a scam, this fake company is a scam. You order products they claim to have, and you never get them because it’s all lie. They do their best stringing you along then refuse to refund your money (pretending they will) hoping you will just go away after a long period of time. I find it disgraceful that there is no accountability with this place and that it continues to operate as a scam site. Any 5 star review you see on here is obviously fake.
I placed an order online on Aug 27. I didn't anticipate it would arrive for a few weeks, but after reaching out to the support team, they said it would take another week. Then, weeks later, I received the same update. After 4 months, I requested to cancel the order and receive a refund. They assured me they would process it, but it never happened. After numerous calls and emails, I still have no product and no refund. Today, I finally decided to file a dispute with my credit card company. What a frustrating experience with this service.
I had a similar experience. I placed an order for a basic charcoal grill on December 6, expecting it to ship in 5 to 7 days. The support team is unresponsive by phone. Eventually, I received an email indicating a delay. I recommend staying away from this company!
If I could rate lower, I would. I made a significant purchase nearly two weeks ago and never received a shipping or tracking number. Despite sending multiple emails for confirmation, I received no response. When I finally managed to speak with someone, I was informed that the company no longer had a relationship with their supplier. I was then told a refund would be issued in 7-10 days, right before Christmas. Now, I'm left paying for a gift that I'll never receive and have to spend more for another gift for my husband. This feels like a scam. I do NOT recommend this company.
Complete fraud! I purchased an item that was listed as available but received no updates about my order. I was misled for months. Eventually, I was informed that a refund was not possible and advised to dispute the charge with my bank. Unfortunately, so much time has passed that I'm uncertain if I'll recover my funds. I regret not reading reviews beforehand. It's a lesson learned, but I hope others steer clear of this situation. Truly a scam.
Totally impressed. A full 10 out of 10. The sales process, the follow up and the overall customer service was as good as it gets. We’ll be ordering a second fire pit this week because this experience was seamless. They even went above and beyond to make sure we had our fire pit in time for the closing of our new home (new construction). Great communication at every step in the process as well. I ordered a BBQ grill on the 14th of the month, lured in by promises of fast shipping (within 3 days). After placing the order, I called to confirm and was told the warehouse was delayed. Fine — I waited. The next day, I called again to cancel and was assured a refund was on the way.That was the beginning of a long, frustrating saga.Over a week passed with no refund, no confirmation, and no accountability. I received vague, contradictory emails blaming “serious issues” with their accounting system and claiming their owner was “working on it” — with no ETA and no resolution. Another email promised a refund within 3–10 business days and said I’d receive proof of cancellation and refund. I got neither.They lied about product availability, misled me about shipping, and made excuse after excuse to avoid issuing a refund. I ultimately had to file a dispute with my credit card company just to protect myself.This company is either wildly incompetent or deliberately deceptive. Either way, I wouldn’t trust them with a dime. Save yourself the headache — shop elsewhere.
