Totally impressed. A full 10 out of 10. The sales process, the follow up and the overall customer service was as good as it gets. We’ll be ordering a second fire pit this week because this experience was seamless. They even went above and beyond to make sure we had our fire pit in time for the closing of our new home (new construction). Great communication at every step in the process as well.
