I placed an order online on Aug 27. I didn't anticipate it would arrive for a few weeks, but after reaching out to the support team, they said it would take another week. Then, weeks later, I received the same update. After 4 months, I requested to cancel the order and receive a refund. They assured me they would process it, but it never happened. After numerous calls and emails, I still have no product and no refund. Today, I finally decided to file a dispute with my credit card company. What a frustrating experience with this service.
