The Indian selection was particularly disappointing—dry, lacking flavor, and not up to the standard we had hoped for. Despite requesting an allergen list in advance, none was provided, and the labeling on the food that did arrive was inadequate, making it difficult for guests with dietary requirements to choose safely. When the sandwiches were opened, the labels came off, leaving us unsure of what was what. Overall, the taste of the food was quite bland, and the balance of items provided felt poorly planned. There were insufficient crisps for the number of people catered for, while the amount of sandwiches was excessive. Additionally, the chicken bites were unappealing in appearance and not appetizing to guests. The coronation chicken baguettes were the only item that guests genuinely enjoyed. Beyond that, we were left dissatisfied with the quality of the food and the overall attention to detail. We hope meaningful improvements are made for future customers.
