Regrettably, our food experience did not meet our expectations. We ordered a luxury finger buffet for a birthday celebration. The Indian selection was especially disappointing—dry, lacking flavor, and not at the standard we anticipated. Despite asking for an allergen list beforehand, none was provided, and the labeling on the food that arrived was insufficient, making it hard for guests with dietary needs to choose safely. When the sandwiches were opened, the labels detached, leaving us confused about what was what. Overall, the food tasted quite bland, and the assortment felt poorly organized. There were not enough crisps for the number of guests, while the quantity of sandwiches was excessive. Additionally, the chicken bites were unappealing and not appetizing to attendees. The coronation chicken baguettes were the only item that guests truly enjoyed. Overall, we were dissatisfied with the food quality and the lack of attention to detail. We hope significant improvements are made for future customers.
