The employees mislead people. the employees have no clue about information of their own bank. recently bbva offered 100 euros offer if you open an account. I went to the branch and asked the guy regarding this offer and he opened my account. i asked for 100 euros, he checked and said, sorry it is only possible if you open the account via internet and not in-person. another time, bbva blocked my card and is unable to unblock it. they need my documents of residency in spain. the government processes and provides these documents in about 4 months. so now i have to wait for 4 months to get the document from spanish government to give it to bbva so that i can eat food and live.
