I ordered trousers for my son—they arrived but were too small. Returning them has been a hassle, and I still haven't heard back. I ordered a replacement that never arrived. They don't respond to messages and have even blocked me on social media. I'm trying to get my money back through my bank and have reported them. Please do not purchase from this company.
