I purchased a hoodie for over £50. They promised delivery in 2-3 days, but it took 10-12 days. I emailed them multiple times during that period with no reply. When it finally arrived, it was the wrong size, made from poor material, and the print was blurry. I reached out again three times for a return and a refund, but received no response via email or social media. The customer service is appalling, and the product is even worse. Avoid this company at all costs.

The response time for emails is 5 to 10 days. They promised delivery in 10-14 days, but it's been six weeks, and we were just told it’s leaving their European depot soon. I can only guess why they don’t provide a phone number on their contact page—it would be flooded with angry customers like me!
