I ordered a jumper for £52 in December, and it never arrived. Months later, I'm still trying to get my money back or the product. The staff I've contacted have been unhelpful, with late replies and vague information. Now, I receive no replies at all. This company has effectively stolen from me and refuses to assist. I highly advise avoiding this place entirely; I intended it as a Christmas gift, and here I am in mid-February still chasing them. It's absurd, and I doubt I'll ever see my money again. There’s a reason they lack contact options—they avoid issues at all costs.
