I ordered a sweater and a hoodie, but neither was the size I requested. I asked for a refund and was told they adjust sizes—complete nonsense. There were significant discrepancies in measurements between the size guide and what I received. There were no garment labels—these could be a fire hazard due to lack of fabric information. Despite claiming a UK tracked delivery service, both items were shipped from abroad. I've reported this company, and I wish I had read reviews before ordering.
