This platform is a complete scam. The games are heavily rigged, and the so-called RTP (Return to Player) percentages seem like nothing more than text displayed above the games with no real meaning behind them. In reality, those values actually don't exist or apply to gameplay at all.
It honestly feels like outcomes are controlled. Big losses happen consistently, and small wins are only given occasionally just to keep you playing. There’s no sense of fairness or randomness just a cycle designed to drain your balance.
About 5 months ago, I made a deposit of over 15,000 inr and started playing a single game with a bet of 30 inr. Not even once did I get a proper hit. After losing around 1,000, the game would give back around 200, then continue taking everything again. This pattern kept repeating until my balance reached zero.
Today, I decided to give it another try, thinking maybe it would give anything back. I deposited 10,000 and played the same game with the same bet size. And guess what the exact same thing happened again. After taking around 2,000, it would give back a small win of about 100, then continue draining the rest until nothing was left.
On top of that, customer support basically doesn’t exist. What they have is just a bot, and it’s completely useless. Which is only programmed to give scripted replies and avoid actually helping, almost like it’s designed to mislead rather than resolve real issues.
There are also serious issues with payments and withdrawals. The merchants they ask you to send deposits to can claim they never received the money, even when you have proof. Despite providing evidence, you’re still the one who gets blamed. The same thing happens with withdrawals funds can go missing, and again the blame is placed on you, even after showing proof.
Even worse, there are cases where after withdrawing, bank accounts get reported and frozen, which is extremely concerning. It creates a situation where not only do you lose your money on the platform, but you also risk issues with your own bank account.
Overall, nobody really needs to say much you can just look at the reviews and judge for yourself. People don’t usually take time out of their day to write negative reviews unless something is seriously wrong. Many are just trying to warn others so they don’t go through the same experience.
Additional note:
At first, the minimum deposit used to be around 100 (with a higher max limit), but now they’ve suddenly changed it to 1000 minimum. Not sure what that’s about, but it honestly feels like another dirty trick they’ve come up with.
On top of that, to withdraw your own money, you’re required to pay fees and for something like a 1000 amount, the fee is surprisingly high (around 40 or so). Why should anyone have to pay extra just to get back their own money that they already deposited?
Then there’s the wager system. If you deposit 1000, you can’t just withdraw it. You’re forced to play through that same amount (or sometimes even more) just to “unlock” your balance for withdrawal. What kind of system is that? It makes no sense and just forces users to gamble their money instead of giving them control over it.
Not to mention you even need to wager something like 60–70 USD per day just to be able to message in world chat, what kind of sick joke is that?
