On February 10, 2026, I deposited INR 400 into my BC.Game account. The amount was successfully deducted from my bank account, but it was never credited to my gaming balance.
When I contacted support, I was asked to provide video proof and 30 days of bank statements. I submitted all requested documents promptly.
Additionally, I voluntarily provided NPCI confirmation clearly showing that the funds were credited to the merchant.
Despite this, I was informed that the merchant had not received the funds. After 7 days, instead of automatic compensation as stated under the advertised “Dual Deposit Guarantee,” I was told a manual request would be created.
Even after 14 days, the issue remains unresolved. I was asked again to provide the same documents I had already submitted. The responses appear to be generic and do not reflect a proper review of the evidence.
It feels extremely frustrating to repeatedly provide proof and still be told the funds were not received, especially when official payment confirmation shows otherwise.
Closing complaints after 30 days without resolution does not solve the issue. Customers should not have to struggle to recover their own deposited money.

I am requesting BC.Game to:

Properly review the submitted documents
Credit the INR 400 deposit immediately or issue a full refund
Honour the advertised deposit guarantee policy
This matter is serious and deserves transparent handling.

On 15/02/2026, I was playing Blackjack (Evolution table) on BC.APP. I deposited $100. When my balance was around $70, I went all-in on a hand. The bet was suddenly canceled, but my money was never refunded.

The $70 simply disappeared.

I have full video proof because I am a small streamer and the entire incident was captured on stream. I provided all the necessary information, including the clip, transaction details, and timestamps.

Even Evolution support confirmed that resolving issues like this usually takes 15 minutes up to 24 hours.

It has now been almost a week.

Every single day I have to embarrass myself by going into their live chat support asking about MY money that they are holding. No resolution. No refund. Just delays.

This is unacceptable behavior from a casino that claims to be legitimate.

Avoid this platform. There are many other casinos choose anything, but not BC.APP.

And after one month they say my deposit is in compensation process and after 5 minutes i receive notifications for all my deposits whose details are given in previous reviews that they have not received the payment yet so ticket is closed.
at least have some shame in the name of humanity. Attached images are the proofs of their replies.

EDIT for the second time i've had to fill out a form from trustpilot. it's unbelievable the way you guys operate. such bullshit for a vip 27 level player. until my account is reinstated and my funds withdrawn and account closed after that, i'm gonna continue to trash this company every chance i get and continue to raise complaints across every platform, anything i can to do to steer people away from these parasites

My fantastic experience with the platform

My account was closed on January 3. The support team keeps directing me to their recovery team, but they just ignore my requests. It's frustrating to see that while a representative may respond to this review, no real action is taken. If you search online for reviews about this service, you'll find a lot of negative feedback from others who feel the same way.
