• Transaction screenshots from both sides
• Sender confirmation with UID

Despite this, BC.GAME continues to state that no transaction exists in their system.

This creates a serious contradiction:

If both sender and receiver confirm a transaction with matching details, yet the platform claims no record exists, then either:

The system is missing historical transaction data, or Valid user evidence is being dismissed without proper reconciliation

Additionally, all submitted proof has been rejected as “not verifiable” without any explanation of what would qualify as verifiable evidence.

I would like to clearly state that I have maintained complete records of this case, including all screenshots and supporting materials, which have been shared with your team.

At this stage, I expect a fair and transparent review based on the available evidence. Dismissing all user-provided proof without technical clarification is not a reasonable resolution.

I am documenting this case publicly for transparency.
