However, in November 2023, the platform abruptly blocked my access and is now citing Clause 4.1.7 (alleging "cheating/collusion") to justify withholding my remaining balance. This clause is based purely on their "reasonable opinion," yet they have failed to provide any technical evidence or betting logs to support this claim for over two years.

It is a massive red flag when a casino verifies a player’s identity and allows withdrawals, only to "change their opinion" and seize funds once the player becomes successful. This is an arbitrary and unfair use of terms of service.

Notice to BC.GAME: I have officially escalated this dispute to the Curaçao Gaming Control Board (GCB) and Curacao eGaming (CEG). I have also documented this case on major gambling forums and am prepared to pursue legal recovery through specialized gaming counsel. I will update this review once the regulator issues a final decision.
